Q. How do I book?

A) Click here! **Please Note - we are closed for bookings until April 2021**

Q) Do we have to book our own campsite?

A) No, we handle the bookings for you.

Q) Are campsite fees included in your glamping hire fee?

A) No. You will need to pay your campsite fee when you check-in to the camping ground upon arrival. 

Q) How do we make payment? 

A) Payment is via direct bank deposit. 

Q) Where can we overnight glamp?

A) Anywhere where it is legal to camp in a tent! We have a list of recommended 'glampsites' here. We can also set up on private properties i.e backyards, paddocks etc. Please ensure there is toilet access when choosing your glampsite. 

Q) Can our pets come glamping too?

A) As much as we love animals, we do not allow pets in our tents.

Q) Can we lock up our tent?

A) Each of our bell tents are provided with a combination lock to secure the tent. We do advise not to leave valuable items in the tent if left unattended. 

Q) Can we order food for overnight glamping?

A) Yes! We can organise sweet and/& savoury grazing boxes and breakfast boxes from 'The Summary' for you to enjoy. Just let us know when you book!

Q) What locations are available to host a Pop-Up Picnic?

A) We can use just about any public recreation space for our pop-up picnics. There is some paperwork that needs to be submitted in advance, so we recommend booking your picnic at least 4 weeks in advance. A list of recommended picnic locations can be found here.

Q) How much space do I need to set up a Bell Tent?

A) Our bell tents require a flat, grassed/sand area of at least 7m x 7m to be set up on. The base of our largest tent is 6m in diameter and we need at least another 1 metre to peg the guy ropes into the ground. 

Q) Can we bring our own food for a Pop-Up Picnic?

A) Yes! You absolutely can.

Q) What happens if it rains?

A) Our tents are 100% waterproof so all bookings will go ahead in the event of rain. The only time we will postpone a booking is in the event of a Weather Bureau 'Severe Wind/Weather Warning'. 

Q) I have a booking but am now no longer able to make it. Can I cancel and get my money back?

A) We know that sometimes things just 'pop up'. Cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to the booking will qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 2 weeks or less prior to your booking will be refunded the $100 security deposit only.
